Oviedo Olive Oil Green Olive Tapenade is made artisan style in small batches. It consists of puréed young green olives, enriched with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil to create a full-flavored tapenade. Slightly bitter from the pure green olives and the essence of olive oil offers a little extra bite.
